Moratoriumi i skafeve, 10 votat kundër dhe 9 pro

Mazhoranca në komisionin e Sigurisë Kombëtare ka hedhur poshtë draftin e socialisteve që ne thelb kërkonte shfuqizimin e moratoriumit te skafeve. Me 10 votat kundër dhe 9 pro, nuk shet pranuar amendamenti i deputetit socialist Artan Gaci, duke lënë në fuqi ligjin aktual. Opozita pretendon se me moratoriumin penalizohet turizmi ne vend, ndërsa qeveria e ka mbrojtur atë me efektin e luftës ndaj trafiqeve. Refuzimi i projektligjit te socialisteve ishte paralajmëruar nga deklaratat e kryeministrit Berisha dhe Ministrit te brendshëm Bujar Nishani te cilët e konsideruan moratoriumin e skafeve si një ndër arritjet e parandalimit të trafikut të qenieve njerëzore
