Projekti i rikonstruksionit te Urës se Bunës ne Shkodër është realizuar nga inxhiniere e arkitekte austriake dhe mban vitin 1911. Dokumenti është me i hershmi qe zotëron arkivi qendror teknik i ndërtimit, një institucion i krijuar ne vitin 1993, e qe ne fondet e tij ka plot 500 mije flete projektesh ose thënë ndryshe, 40 mije dosje qe rrëfejnë mbi arkitekturën e planet rregulluese te Shqipërisë, nga me te hershmet e deri ne ditët e sotme. Por ato çka përbejnë dhe pjesën me interesante janë projektet e arkitekteve italiane, pa te cilët, siç thotë edhe drejtuesi i arkivit, Sermet Bega, nuk do te njihnin ndërtimin modern dhe nuk do te kishim bulevardin unik. Por çfarë kane këto dosje qe mbajnë firmën e emrave si Bosio, Poggi, Fausto apo Berte?! Plani Rregullues i Tiranes nga italianet është krijuan ne vitin 1925. Këtu ndodhen disa variante te bulevardit dhe kompleksit ministror, Teatrit Kombëtar, maternitet apo Hotel Dajtit. Ne te njëjtin arkiv ndodhen edhe projekti origjinal i Pallatit te Brigadave asokohe Pallati Mbretëror. Megjithatë, siç shpjegojnë specialistet, edhe pse ruhet ne kushte te mira, kjo pasuri ka nevoje te restaurohet. Arkitektet italiane nuk ndërtuan vetëm Tiranen. Ne arkiv zbulojmë gjithashtu projektet e tyre për Korçën, Tepelenën, Durrësin, Beratin, Vlorën, e shume qytete te tjera. Një pjese e ideve janë realizuar por me ardhjen e Luftës se Dyte Botërore dhe ikjen e tyre ato mbeten te lëna ne mes.

Italian architects built not only Tirana. We also find archive their projects for Korca, Tepelena, Durres, Berat, Vlore, and many other cities. A portion of the ideas are realized but with the advent of World War II and their departure left them remain in the middle.
