Nisma e socialisteve për shfuqizimin e moratoriumit kundër skafeve, edhe pse ka muaj qe është dorëzuar ne Parlament, ende nuk ka kaluar ne seance plenare, duke u bere shkak për debate ne sallën e Kuvendit. Kreu i grupit parlamentar socialist. Gramoz Ruci. kërkoi qe pjese e rendit te ditës te behet edhe kjo çështje, duke akuzuar hapur se nxjerrja jashtë rendit behet vetëm pasi mazhoranca nuk ka kuorum për te votuar. Mazhoranca ka sqaruar se vonesa e shqyrtimit te propozimit te socialisteve vjen për shkak te amendamenteve te reja qe janë sjelle nga deputetet e PD dhe LSI te cilat synojnë lejimin e lundrimit te jahteve dhe anijeve me vela ne funksion te turizmit.
