Pronat ne zonat turistike parashikohet qe te kalojnë ne juridiksionin e një institucioni te vetëm qe mund te jete Ministria e Turizmit. Ne draftin e hartuar është menduar qe ky dikaster mund te jete institucioni i cili duke patur ne juridiksion pronat do te ketë te drejtën edhe te japë leje për ndërtimin e projekteve te mëdha, siç janë resortet. Projekt ligji i cili është ende ne ministre, pritet qe te kaloje se shpejti për miratim ne qeveri. Por një nisem e tille parashikohet te ngjalle debate, aq me tepër kur behet fjale për ti dhënë zgjidhje kaosit te pronave te krijuar ne vite edhe ne zonat turistike. Nga ana tjetër operatoret e tregut mendojnë se puna duhet te nise nga hartimi i një masterplani qe do te ofronte sigurinë e duhur ne investimet madhore ne turizmin shqiptar. Turizmi ne vendin e tone është i përqendruar me se shumti ne atë familjar. Shume individë akomodohen me banesa me qira dhe me pak përdorin hotelet.
Properties in tourist areas are expected to exceed the jurisdiction of a single institution that may be the Ministry of Tourism.
